is thunderbolt 3 coming with display port 1.4?
also is thunderbolt connected to rtx or igpu?

and one last question. Are both NVMe slots of Omen 17-cb100 capable of PCIe 3.0 x4 or not??

Omen 17-cb100 is an invalid model/product; you can see Omen 17t-cb100 CTO machines and they are only available in The US. The series Omen 17-cb1xxx (xxx = 000aa to 999zz) should have many different models/products and many of them won't be available in your country. I pick an example

For the above machine (all other machines of the series will be very close).

A2. It from System board and normally the iGPU is disabled,
