OMEN by HP laptop ce-004nt
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to do a factory reset but I don't want to lose my files or my drivers and HP software like OMEN Command Center. I can back up my files but I am more concerned about the drivers and stuff. What can I do?

Hi:

A factory reset should restore your PC's hard drive to its original 'out of the box' condition.

Meaning the OS, drivers and software that originally came with your notebook should be there after the factory reset has completed.

You will lose all files that you installed on the PC.
