I am not comfortable telling you that this eGPU will work with your laptop. They mention in the specifications that I have read that certain HP laptops are not compatible. Your best option is to contact the manufacturer's Tech Support for this information. They are the experts on their products and will be able to to tell you with certainty that it will or won't work. This will save you time, frustration and money.

@Chiv4Real , welcome to the forum.
Most eGPU's require a Thunderbolt 3 port and there is none available on your laptop. Here are the Product Specifications for it. Look at the section titled "External ports". You could contact a eGPU manufacturer to see if they have one that will work with another port.

It would help me if you would provide a link to the eGPU that you mention. I need to look at the specifications so I don't give you incorrect information.
