Soundcard in my laptop is Realtek but how do I find the specific model. It should be Realtek ALC... something like that.?

Hi:

 

Run the free utility that I zipped up and attached below, and it should give you that information.

 

Close out of the summary window and click to expand the audio report.

 

Here is a screenshot of the audio report for my desktop PC...

I believe I was wrong about it being Realtek sound card. It says Intel but not the model.

I can't help you if you don't see the audio codec in the report.

 

If you look at my report it also shows Intel, but I have the Realtek Audio codec.
