Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have discovered that HP prevented users of gaming notebooks from entering advaced BIOS where I could change when then battery stops charging (for example at 60%). I would like to know if there is. a way to do so. I know for example that Asus has an application MyAsus where it can be changed. Does something like this exist from HP ?
