INSULATED WIRES SHOWING IN ADAPTER (CHARGER )

I have a victus i7 gaming laptop.The insulated wires are showing in the adapter .What should I do ? Is it necessary to change the wire or we can use it ? Or is there any solution onto how we can correct it ?
