Hp Omen 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Why the "Battery Health Manager" feature is only in the HP business laptops why not in the HP gaming series like "Omen 15" or "Pavillion". Isn't battery longevity important in gaming laptops!!?? we spend our huge amount of money in gaming laptops, I recently bought the Omen 15 laptop but after seeing that this battery heath management feature is not in my laptop i became very upset!! I cant able to limit the battery charge up to 80% , Its goes on 100% and above and the cycle count gradually increasing shorting the lifespan of my laptop , already 117 cycle counted , I am too much upset, Why HP Why!!? Pls implement this feature in all other laptop including Omen 15 via a bios update or Simply make a tool or software for controlling the charge limit like Asus , Lenovo and Other brands. Pls read this care fully and help to reach this message to HP high Officials!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi@Shivam12345, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.

You have done the basic troubleshooting as per the document the notebook needs to checked taking remote access so that get to know it's a hardware or software issue.

I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically.  HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Have a great day!
