hp omen 16 . It's been only 10 days i bought it .while using the omen hub while changing performance settings my screen is getting blinked

To better understand the issue, could you please provide a few more details?

Does the screen briefly go black, flicker, or change brightness? And does it happen every time you switch modes, or only occasionally?

Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try in the meantime:

  • Update Omen Hub and drivers: Make sure you’re running the latest version of Omen Gaming Hub and that your graphics drivers are fully updated.
  • Check Windows updates: Sometimes system updates resolve compatibility issues with performance mode switching.
  • Test on AC vs. battery power: Try switching modes while plugged in and while on battery to see if the behavior changes.
  • Adjust display settings: Go to Windows Display Settings and ensure refresh rate and resolution are set correctly for your panel.
  • Run HP Support Assistant diagnostics: This can help detect if there’s a hardware or driver issue contributing to the blinking.
