hp pavilion 15-cx0056wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello my laptop is HP 15-cx0056wm and it's been a weird thing
After I changed Windows and started drivers and then restarted the system
GPU Nvidia GTX 1050 graphics have disappeared altogether
Not in the management of the device(Device manager), and nowhere
I have tried all the drivers that HP has provided entire
Even from the Nvidia site but it is not possible
Even with other platforms
Windows 10 bulds include 1909. 1903. 1809. I've also tried 1803
I've even tried Windows 7
I even tried to revert the BIOS to later versions but it was not possible

HEEEELLLEEEEEPPPP ME!!!!

Hello @A1375E. Are you still under warranty? If so you need to contact hp support directly for a warranty issue.

Let me know if you need assistance with that.

Hi , i no haven't warranty

How long ago did your warranty expire?

You also said you have reinstalled Windows 10.  Did you do a clean install by wiping the drive before the installation?

And you also tried installing Windows 7 and that didn't work either? Although I couldn't guarantee Win 7 would work well on that machine anyway.

.

The latest bios should be version F.20 . Is that what is installed now?

This is the latest version download if you dont have it yet...  sp96583.exe

Otherwise, I am out of solutions. Sounds like the card has physically failed.

All I can add is to perhaps reseat the graphics card and cable.

Otherwise, you would have to have a shop test the hardware for you.
