In my warranty one of the deliverables is n-csr battery replace, what does this mean?

I have found very conflicting information online under my warranty and hp support says it is not valid.

Also where can I find hp parts if I have to replace battery myself?

Hello @Ch1r1n

Your Question 1:

>Also where can I find hp parts if I have to replace battery myself?

The specification of your notebook is here:

https://support.hp.com/hr-en/document/c06383087

So in your case it's:

Product number
7LG89PA

Go to HP Partfinder to look for spare parts:

https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=7LG89PA

Your Question 2:

>In my warranty one of the deliverables is n-csr battery replace, what does this mean?

It is No Customer Service Representative. That means that HP will ship you the replacement battery, but will NOT schedule a technician to come to your location to remove the current battery, and install the replacement.  You get the battery, and you make replace it yourself.

The specs of your machine is

           https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06383087

It uses  3-cell, 52.5 Wh Li-ion part #L48495-005 which is N/A from HP. You can use part # to search on Internet including eBay.

Regards.
