In stock or out of stock?

HP ENVY x360

I purchased a HP ENVY x360 laptop via the HP online store and was told that delivery would be 5-10 working days. The laptop then went out of stock for a few days before coming back into stock with 48 hour delivery. However, my order says 'waiting stock'.  Is this item in stock or not?  If in stock, why has it not been dispatched? If out of stock, why does the online store say it's available with 48 hour delivery?
