the b&o experience has stopped working i once enabled multi-streaming after that  it has been grayed out so i uninstalled the omen audio control and installed new drivers from HP's website however omen audio control didn't install back, but i made a new account in windows and the app was restored but still the b&o experience isn't working and laptop has very low volume with dull sound.

I came in contact with the HP support on whatsapp and they gave me a link to a driver after installing that everything was fixed.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the Bang & Olufsen experience is not turning on.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you open the Bang & Olufsen control panel and click on the restore defaults button at the bottom left and check whether the issue is resolved.
