I recently got an Omen HP , Omen 2S 15-dg0003tx with a RTX 2080 max Q design to be specific and have tried a couple of chargers but the laptop gives a notification that the power source is incompatible and that the laptop will run in a reduced performance state. The chargers i have gotten charge the laptop just fine, but when running games, the chargers are not able to deliver adequate power to the laptop hence my games get really low fps. In the low 20's to be specific. What's the recommended charger for the laptop as i currently am unable to game on it. The chargers i have tried was a 150w charger and a 230w charger.

Its specs

It comes with 230W charger. Where is it ? 150W charger does not provide enough "juice" for your machine.

thank you for your reply. I have tried a 230w charger as well and still got the same notification. Is there a specific model of the charger i should look at? could be 230w i tested with was not a genuine charger. I received the device with the 150 watt brick.
