My laptop, which I sent to the technical service on 13 July 2023 because of the noise from the fans, arrived on 20 July. When I examined the laptop, the left fan was not working. In the service report, it was said that the fans were replaced and maintained, but they sent it back with a broken fan. Since I had no other choice, I decided to send it back to the service on July 26, but there is no information about the laptop. They both make mistakes and delay for a long time. I wouldn't expect this from HP. Because of this incident, I cannot use my computer for more than 1 month and I am a victim. Hp Türkiye call center always keeps me busy. I want the necessary authorities to take care of this situation. Otherwise, I will have to start the legal process. Hp Türkiye repair service name: BDH Bilisim Hizmetleri
