Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I brought a new RAM DDR4(2666) 8GB hoping to upgrade my laptop to 16GB. However, it won't boot to BIOS after installing the new RAM. I have reseeded, changed the slot, and even resetting the CMOS. It refused to boot properly with the new RAM. I had already contacted the RAM's vendor and got exchanged for a new stick. The problem still remains. At this point I think I may have a compatibility issue. If anyone can help me narrow down the detailed specification this laptop needed so I can go to the vendor again and exchange for the compatible RAM.

Thank you
