Integrated graphics issue in my product.

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion 15-EC0019NT
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So i bought this new computer with the tag of 8 gb of ram. My main problem is even though i have a seperate gpu which is way better and used for most of my gaming needs, integrated gpu which is amd radeon rx vega 10 graphics card taking 2 gb of my ram space leaving me with 5.9 gb of ram. Basically im using a 6 gb ram computer, and i cant reach to my bios settings to change this as well. I need a solution to my issue, is there a way to reduce the memory my integrated gpu has been consuming?

That is a known issue.. Please check the following article:.

And from Microsoft

@Banhien

Why would i accept this as a solution?

So if playready requires 2 gigabytes of ram on standby should i be okay with lets say 32 mb of ram and windows not oppening because of all the services that require my ram to be standby?

It is a known issue because it appeared before in the forums?

Should i check every hp forum thread for possible issues?

Do you think not reaching %25 of advertised ram is no big deal?

Then shouldnt this product be advertised as 6 gigabytes of ram?

Do you think i expected my computer to be suddenly ineligible to run 8 gig min ram applications smoothly?

If anything i cant even touch this 2 gigabytes of integrated ram because your bios locks it. At least arrange a firmware for your computers so we can reduce the vastness of the problem. If this pc wasnt 8 gig or anything the problem would be much more managable but i feel cheated now. Ye cool now i have to buy new ram. Great news.
