Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to upgrade the Optane H10 512+32 to 1T+32. Which is the process to transfer the OS, programs, and files from one device to the other? The laptop does not have a SATA installed, therefore the OS should be in the Optane.
