I'm planning on buying the hp omen 15 from usa with the rtx 2060 from their website and I'm going to be taking in to India , is there any international warranty on it because I only read about something called federal warranty. And if there is and my hardware gets damaged how can I get it fixed (the same model is available in India so finding parts shouldn't be a problem)

No, you won't and never get same models from USA in India. The policy is
"HP Global Warranty covers HP products at the level of standard warranty offered in the country in which it is used. For example, a product purchased in country "A" and moved to country "B" receives the current warranty coverage provided by country "B" (if that product is marketed or supported in country B)."
That means when you claim warranty, most likely HP in your country will ask you to send your machine back to the US for repair and this make take months.
You can read more information from the above link.
Regards.

So the hp omen in India and the one from USA are not the same ? Because they are selling the exactly same models . And even if it has to be sent to USA for repair from India will it be sent by hp or do I have to go there and get it repaired on my own ?

They may have same parts but not same services.
Hope this makes sense.
