Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z8AV)

it’s been 2 weeks since I asked for a screen replacement ( paid, it isn’t something for free that you neglect it ) they said I will get a quotation for the service to be paid, but I didn’t get any. should I wait months or it’s better to go for 3rd part service ?
