Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop been with me only a week and today i was on my gaming hours and suddenly the laptop froze and it’s not responding to any command till i have to hard shut it down. I don’t it this is normal for 2500$ to happen...

 

i ran all test and system diagnostic but nothing shows and i ran all system updates everything is up to date.

That is NOT normal but I had many users destroyed their machines after one week therefore we locked down all our machines and people could not install anything including Windows updates. IT Department deployed updates, fixes ... when required.

 

Back to your machine: Since it is still new, Factory Restore is the right option.

I already factory reset it once but still i face the same issue its froze while playing battlefield 5 till i shut it my self. Your saying hp locked all units not get gets updates till they post the fix? Please im waiting for this fix update...i don’t want to ruin this laptop in a week...

It is still under warranty. Please contact HP Directly and ask them to fix. It is a CTO machine therefore the best option is to contact the point where you bought the machine.

The thing is im not in the us anymore and I don’t know if they support this kind of faults in hp Qatar.
