Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I had recently come across an addvertisment showcasing the HP Victus with the following specifications 

VICTUS/Roku 23C1/Core i7(13620H)/16GB DDR4 2DM 3200/512GB PCIe 4x4/Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 6GB/15.6 FHD Antiglare slim IPS 250 nits Narrow Border/No ODD/OST W11H6 PLS SL AF PPP/Performance Blue - 720p TNR/WARR 1/1/0 EURO

But after researching about it I found out that the screen refreshment is of 60hz. I mostly play Valorant, Call of Duty MW2 and Overwatch. Is it sufficient enough for these games and will my gaming experience be effected by this? 

What is the default screen refreshment rate of HP Victus by default because after googling it I saw the default refreshment rate is 144hz which is higher compared to the model I'm getting. With 60hz screen is it at all a gaming standard laptop?
