The laptop comes with 512gb SSD, and I was wondering if there's an additional SSD slot that you can plug in another SSD?

No, the model series only has support for one M.2 NVMe SSD.

 

If you need more storage, you will have to replace the existing NVMe SSD with one having a greater storage capacity.

 

You can see an illustration of the single NVMe SSD location in chapter 5, page 33 of the service manual at the link below:
