I created a new Microsoft account on my HP Omen 15.6 gaming laptop, but now the HP Omen's excusive application appears to be loading but never completes. Now my keyboad settings are frozen and I'm not sure if uninstalling then reinstalling will not let me use my original settings that are affecting the applications BIOS.
