So I have had this gaming laptop for 2 months it’s a pavilion 15 gaming laptop from HP Omen it has a Getz 1650 And a i5 9400h processor. So I was splaying modern warfare with no problems when it just randomly crashed and the pc just shut down. I turned it back on and now it’s super slow I used to get 100fps in modern warfare now I get 6 FPS something fishy is going on pls help.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting low FPS on the computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What is the product number of your computer?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.
