Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-en0001ax
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop is not turning on it's been just a year and three months out of warranty and when I visited the service centre they are asking to replace, for someone who saved up their Savings to get a laptop to spent so much money to change laptop motherboard how is it possible, are HP laptops so useless and not worth buying that after a year of using this happens

Question: Does the LED charging lamp light up when you connect the charger ?

 

There can be various causes of errors:
- Battery deep discharged/defective
- Charger defective
- Short circuit

- Damage caused by overheating

- Bios error after update

...
