Hello, I recently bought a new HP laptop, officially it is on Reisen 5 and geforce zhtiks it slows down something does not pull small games hangs every time even at the minimum settings

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer slows down when you play games.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What games are you playing on the computer?

Is the computer overheating?

Are you getting any error messages?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.
