HP pavillion gaming laptop 15cx0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey guys, recently one of my 2 8GB ram broke, so I installed a new 16gm ram and instead of just replacing the only broke one, I replaced it both because that 16gb is the only one I could find. This is the only change I did to my notebook since I bought it. But I keep on getting these blue screens, and I did some research by myself about my problem and I found out that you have to do some configurations on your notebook after installing new RAM', things like changing the voltage and timing in the BIOS. But I couldn't find anything that is linked to the RAM in the BIOS. Help me pls, thanks

Sounds like you bought the wrong RAM or not compatible RAM or worse case during the replacement process you caused damages on your machine. What is your  HP pavillion gaming laptop 15cx0xxx  for example

                            HP Gaming Pavilion - 15-cx0056wm

Your machine is very close and you can use following compatible RAM:

             16GB :     https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/bl2k8g26c16s4b/ct16760369

        or  32GB:     https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/bl2k16g26c16s4b/ct16736679
