Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have large keyboard delay on my laptop. It appears to only happen when I am lagging, and since I game, it can ruin performance. I do not know any way to recreate this. It is not specific to windows 11 however, since I originally got this computer on windows 10 and I had the problem then. It appears to be a problem with the model, since I have a friend with the same model who has the same issue. It also is not a problem with the keyboard itself, since I use a plug-in keyboard and get the same results.
