Hi,

Recently, while using the keyboard, I realised its "Right" arrow key is not working. It always stays on my desk and I never move it around. I can't figure out why is this happening. Last night, when I was playing a YouTube video, I used it to skip the portion and it worked fine but today when I tried it didn't work.

My laptop is out of warranty and the keyboard has been replaced by hp's authorised service centre approximately a year ago. Can I expect any sort of help here?

Thanks!

Hello @abhinav_omen

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ...

Solution (1)

Carefully go over it with a vacuum cleaner without touching the keys. In most cases, there is dirt underneath.

If that doesn't work, get back to me.

If that does not work ...

Solution (2)

HP does not sell them separately from the keyboard, but you can purchase them from vendors.
