OMEN by HP 17-an100 Laptop PC - 4AZ11EA#ABH
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi everyone,

Im new to this site and i have a problem with my HP OMen laptop.

Puchased my laptop like 1 year ago. Never had a problem until last week..

After a while (ca 5-10 min) my keys QWER and ASDF stop working for some reason. The rest of the keys all work.

I tried the following:

- updated the driver

- BIOS reset (this helps in the beginning but after 5-10 min we still have the same problem)

- Hard reset of the laptop

With an external keyboard, the problem isn't there. All the keys work perfectly.

What can this be? Has to be a software issue right? Because the keys work after the BIOS reset..

But i might be wrong..

Any help will be great.
Thank you.
