I DO WANT TO CONSTANTLY PLAY GAMES ON MY DEVICE AND SOMETIMES IT REACHES 100% WHILE ITS STILL PLUGGED IN, IS IT OK FOR MY DEVICE TO STILL BE PLUGGED IN EVEN IF ITS FULLY CHARGED WHILE USING IT?

Yes, that's fine.
When the charge reaches 100%, the power adapter quits charging the battery.
The only thing you don't want to do is to leave your notebook plugged into A/C power 24/7/365 leaving the battery in a constant 100% charge state, as that may lead to battery swelling.
See this link for how to get the most life out of your notebook's battery.
