Hello, I've been having problems with lag spikes since January of 2020 after it wouldn't charge unless it was shut off, it went away after 2 days and its never happened again. Since then my computer has had very weird lag spikes that I've never seen before, For a few minutes it would be fine with no issues at all, then it will have lag spikes where it would get very laggy for a second then do it a couple more times then lag without any stop, 2 to 4 FPS is what I get when it happens. It stays laggy for around 5 to 10 minutes then the lag just stops. I've tried setting my computer to high performance, setting my fan speed to max. Trust me I've tried everything i can think of. No one else on the internet has the same problem like my computer. It Also happens on VR.

PC Specs:
16 GB RAM (Upgraded it from 8 GB Ram)
GTX 1660ti
Intel Core i7-9750H CPU

Thank you!
