Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V9A0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just recently had this cleaned up to service area at the mall...they applied thermal paste and pads... after I got home and use it was functioning normally until I decided to play games with it...I noticed it is lagging so bad even the games I recently play with good performance is having some issues ..
