Laptop (15-cx0058wm) Won’t turn on

Computer won’t turn on. The green light lights up on the power button but the screen stays black. The caps lock light flashes on and off. I tried to remove the battery but nothing works.

@Lil_A Note that specific patterns of long and short blinks along with long and short beeps (where applicable) identify errors during the startup process.
Newer computers have two-part blink sequences with different color lights to indicate specific errors and you may click here and troubleshoot on your own, or respond with the sequence of blinks on the capslock and we'll help you, accordingly.
