Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

my brother wants to buy a new laptop in this upcoming diwali festival so to get maximum discount and for that i am guiding him i want to know if the laptop i have chosen is how much good , his buget it 60,000 rupees also you can suggest my any laptop of any brand if you find it better 

 

features that he want is :

ram : 16gb in single slot , laptop should be upgradable to 32gb or 64gb (ddr5 > ddr4 )(if possible )

storage : 512gb ssd , again one more slot should be present 

graphics : nvidia rtx 3050 sereries or higher 

generation : as much latest as possible like 12th or 13th

display : 144Hz , ips will be ok but if found more good then that is prefered 

port : 3 hdmi port or  (2hdmi and 1 type-c ) 

processor : i5 again of 12th or 13th gen 

processor count : as much as possible like 8, 10 or 12 ... 

OS : windows 

screen size : big 

backlit keyboard : yes 

camera : yes (720p also fine)  

 

laptop usage :

for high gaming , video editing , content creation , app development , using various softwares , using rtx , coding etc 

if you can find a laptop of such specs of little lesser than that please let me know 

 

things that are must in this list :

ram :16gb

graphis : rtx 3050 or higher 

storage : minimum 512 gb ssd ( good one  like M.2 nvme )

display : 144Hz
