Laptop Charger Heats up way too much

I was just concerned because when I'm gaming my laptops adaptor becomes hot. Now I understand that's normal for the adaptor to heat up as well. It's just that it becomes quite untouchable since it heats up so much. Is that normal for gaming laptops for their adaptors to heat up this much? Cuz apart from that I am not having any other issue, and also I know Omen laptops generate more heat, but about the adaptor should I be worried or it's normal for it to heat up this much

An Ac Adapter heating up is normal but getting Too Hot To Touch is not normal.

It is recommended to always keep the Notebook BIOS up to date. Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers
