Hello,
I have a HP Gaming Pavilion with i7-8750h, GTX1050Ti. Recently i observed that my laptop fan speed is not sufficient even though high CPU temperatures (~90°C).
I searched on it and found a solution that updating BIOS could do that, but i saw a strange thing that during BIOS update the fans were running at incredibly high speed. Hence the fans are definitely capable of running at high speeds but due to some reason(most probably software) they are not able to run.
I also downloaded Intel Xtreme utility tool and while gaming the temperature was in lower 90s
and the software was showing that my laptop was Thermal Throttling.
I hope that i get a solution.
Thank you.
