Product: HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-ec2000 (2P6B3AV)
The max TDP of my GTX 1650 is 50W and the boost clock speed is 1515mhz (checked from CPU Z) but during gaming/benchmarking the wattage is around 25W and the clock speed stays at 1380mhz (base speed). My temps are 60-70 C. Can anyone tell me why my GPU isn't boosting? I have to resort to using onboard Vega graphics as it performs better than my dedicated GPU. I am running 16gb dual channel memory at 3200 mhz.
