Hi, i use a omen 15and one of the keyboard keys got stuck, i want to know how to fix it or if its secure to remove a key and how to do it

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, 

This sounds like hardware related issue with the keyboard assembly (complete keyboard assembly needs to be replaced) and in order to fix this issue,  your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
