Hello, I'm wondering what the exact specifications are for upgrading the ram on this laptop. Is it capable of 32gb? I believe it has 2 slots to run in dual channel.

It has   8 GB DDR4-3200 SDRAM (2 x 4 GB)  - both slots are occupied - now. You can upgrade to

 

(a) 16GB using the following compatible RAM

             https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/bl2k8g32c16s4b/ct19001982

(b) 32GB (max) using the following compatible RAM

             https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/bl2k16g32c16s4b/ct19001973
