Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-Ec0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-Bit)
Product Number: 9LA27PA#UUF
My laptop seems like going into sleep mode right after a blue screen with "Locking" message and the fans blew at full blasts. I wonder if this overheating as the temperature is recorded at 75-78c but still not that really hot or because of the updates which I've suspected (BIOS update F.08, HP PC Hardware Diagnostics EUFI update and feature windows 10 update version 2004). This only affected when I'm playing dota 2 and assassin's creed origins, the others so far nothing happens eventhough the performance didnt drop. I purchased this laptop less than 3 month. Its quite annoying when you are in competitive game and suddenly the laptop goes to sleep mode. Never had this problem before.
I used Hp omen command center to check the temperature, HP coolsense is on by default and I turned it off but still the same.
BIOS, Nvidia Driver is up-to-date.
