Laptop Waiting Stock

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I placed an order on a OMEN Laptop 15-ek0005na NVIDIA® GeForce laptop well over a week ago. At the time of purchase it stated it was in stock and I should receive it in 5 or so days. However I am yet to receive the laptop,  and it states 'Waiting stock." I find this to be very misleading as a customer. I am to be travelling very soon and need the laptop promptly.

I hope this can be resolved quickly, or I fear I will have to purchase another laptop elsewhere.
