OMEN by HP 15t-ax200 CTO Laptop PC

Two days ago my OMEN by HP 15t-ax200 CTO Laptop PC blue screened. I ran some antivirus checks and made sure that all my drivers and windows were up to date because it is rare that happens. Yesterday my laptop crashed to a black screen thinking it had overheated I let it rest and cool off before trying to turn it back on. The laptop would not turn back on, the power button itself lights up (not blinking) when pressed and I can hear the computer is atleast trying to do something but the keyboard leds and the screen stays off (no light at all). I tried letting the battery drain fully then letting it charge overnight but when trying to turn it on nothing changed. If I hold the power button after I turn it on for five-ish seconds the keyboard leds only turn on but turn off immediately after and it sounds like the computer is turning on then there is a mechanical clicking sound and it turns fully off again.

I have tried all of the suggested steps like manually rebooting and bios startup (nothing worked or changed). Today I opened it up made sure all the components were correctly seated, I unplugged and replugged all of the cords and made sure nothing was visibly damaged or loose internally. The issue still remained after this.

I have had issues in the past with my battery but after months of trouble and third party battery seller nonsense the battery I bought and installed has been working properly for the last year.

I would love to know if there is something I can do to fix it. Im totally lost on this one, this computer has been nothing but issues for me.

Thank you.

I can't get the computer to any screen at all, I tried using esc+f2, just f2, f8, shift+f8, f12. I just opened it tried to start it and only the fans are running. There was nothing that immediately jumped out as wrong to me when I started it without the back cover (ie sparks or weird noises). I then started the computer with one ram stick removed, the same no display only fans running and again with only the second ram stick same result. I then tried connecting it to a seperate monitor nothing is displaying (I tried fn+f4 & win+p). The keyboard leds are no longer lighting up no matter which way I start it holding power or pressing it and the mechanical clicking noise I heard when shutting it off by holding the power button is no longer happening.

After I press the power button and computer is "on" only the fans are running I do not hear or see anything else. Usually I can tell that its running and right now it is just too quiet to actually be on.

Based on the reply I don't think I made it clear in the original post that my computer was displaying nothing (both monitor & keyboard).

When "on" only the power is button lit up white with no blinking, and the charging led is lit up amber while plugged in.

What do I do from here?

Is there any insight on what the issue with computer is? Is the issue a problem with software or hardware, or some combination of both? Is my computer fixable, where do I start? From the research I have done computers with similar issues all had hardware issues. I have seen suggested solutions like; that the ram has gone bad, the hard drive was corrupted or broken, the computer was not getting power, there was a buildup of static, and more. Trying to fix it with the scattered pieces of information would be like taking a shot in the dark. I just want a starting point to go off of, something to point me even in the right direction of where to even start looking.

At this point any response/reply is appreciated even if it is not remotely helpful. Thank you.
