I bought my laptop today and it worked fine. I pressed the omen command center button and the omen command center showed up on screen. I watched some videos on YouTube and after this my omen command centre button didn't do anything whilst pressing it.
Later I came across a video that said things to do with a new laptop. It was from a pretty known account. In the video they showed how to get rid of all those apps(like Xbox, minecraft etc.) when pressing the windows button. I did this and they got removed.
I started reading some comments and someone said that this will also remove calculator and Microsoft store and more. An easy fix was to reset it to factory mode. So I went and did that. When it booted up it showed the omen logo on screen and was loading. Few seconds later it just turned black and after a couple more seconds even darker as if it was off. It's been running like this for a while now and I don't know what to do.
The fans are spinning and the power lights are on. Including some lights on of the ports. The keyboard lights are also off

Hello @Deveta
Is the laptop still running now? You can hold the power button down until the laptop shuts off completely.
If you reboot, does the issue still happen?
I assume you did a Windows Reset that was supposed to keep your programs and files in tack, correct?
If yes and the issue continues and wont let your laptop turn on completely, you might have to do a "clean install" with an 8GB USB drive using Windows Media Creation Tool. This will wipe the drive and install a fresh copy of Windows. You will lose all the data on the drive.
Let me know what happens.

Yeah I'm sorry. Was kind of in a rush for school. But I tried reinstalling it with windows, but forgot to do that with BIOS. I went to the store and they did it for me and it booted up! But unfortunately there were still some mistakes. The keyboard couldn't light up and sound wasn't able to turn on. And a few other things. It wasnt doing what is was supposed to. I traded it in and got a new one! Thanks for the help anyway!
