Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop frequently freezing after logout/ closing games, and I'm pretty sure it is from the overheating issue, but it only occur after I update to window 11. This laptop already has a problem before which is BSOD out of nowhere sometimes in windows 10.

the latest problem happen when I try to play games with spotify on and it keeps freezing and I had to force shutdown.

 

It only happen on GPU demanding games, like MotoGP21 and genshin. the GPU will maintain around 90 - 100% usage. My air vent is clean from dust. the laptop located on the corner space so the ventilation not so good but I don't have the problem on windows 10 aside from BSOD.

 

Laptop : HP pavilion gaming 15 year 2019

CPU : Intel i7 9th gen 9750H

GPU : Nvidia geforce GTX 1650 4GB 

RAM : 24GB

Storage : SSD + Nvme
