Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Around 3 months earlier i went to the local repairing shop as my laptop had  heating issues. The technician did the cleaning and he found out my battery was swollen so he replaced my battery with a new one. After replacement every-time the laptop starts it shows non HP battery detected i ignored it for month or so as My Technician told me that it is not some major issue about the startup message or so then one day it suddenly shutdown at 21% .When i restart the the laptop it shows CMOS error 502. So i immediately went to the technician and told about it. So he checked it but no major issues found but he said that there was a problem in battery and he had ordered another battery for it. The second time the non HP battery detected option is not showing during the startup but the laptop suddenly went to sleep at below 23% and when i restart it shows only 7%( There is no exact percentage but it happens only below 23% every-time). This time the laptop goes to sleep as all my task are as it is after restarting. I have reset the laptop but the issue remains. I don't understand what is happening with the laptop. is it hardware issue or a software issue?
