When I lift my laptop from the very start it does HUGES cracking noises like if someone was literally breaking something but my laptop is still working and everything, from the top you can move it back n forth and there is no issues, it's only when you are about to close and lift it up near the keyboard(about to be closed) that the sounds shows up. I checked and I still have a Warranty but I don't know if this is covered.

You can also feel pressure from both hinges if you put your finger on it while you lift the laptop up

Hello @Drodo

Sounds like the hinges need some oil.

Just kidding, :LaughingTears:

They have been known to make a little noise if they are really tight.  I dont know that Support will actually do anything for you unless the hinges actually broke.

You are welcome to contact them though and find out what they say.

This forum isnt connected with them so we cannot represent what they will do.
