HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec0043ax
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am from India.

I owe HP Pavilion 15 EC0043AX gaming laptop which has AMD Ryzen™ 5 3550H with Radeon™ Vega 8 Graphics (2.1 GHz base clock, up to 3.7 GHz max boost clock, 6 MB cache, 4 cores) Processor.

My laptop is being in a dead condition from the first week of March. I have given my laptop to nearby service centre, they did say it's due to short-circuit problem and the entire mother board with graphics card has to be replaced. However they do not have stock for this model. I was trying to get the original motherboard for the past two weeks, but i unable to find anything on the E-commerce websites. Can someone help me, what can be a possible solution on this case. Where can I get the original motherboard for my laptop or Can I use any other Motherboards on my laptop? If so which model's motherboard can be utilised

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I understand your HP notebook motherboard failed, to fix this issue your computer needs to be repaired.
