Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Sometime my HP Pavilion 15 dk 0050tx laptop is not turning on after pressing the power button even the battery is charged, also after going into sleep.

If you are able to Power ON the Notebook, I suggest you update the BIOS from this Link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers

 

If the Notebook doesn't Power ON at all, I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options

 

Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
