Product: OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-xd0000 (758R2AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I bought "Omen 16" my keyboard is 4 zone when first i turned it on in Omen gaming hub it was working fine, i was able to control all 4 keyboard zones, but after i turned it off and went to sleep the next day i woke up and turned the laptopt on the keyboard flashed for a half second and after that fn + f4 doesnt turn it on, omen gaming hub now sees it as 1 zone and the lighting doesnt turn on at all. Any ideas how to fix it? I bought it as brand new.

 

:Edit: 

Reseted the pc to the state it arrived and it still isnt lighting up so i really hope its not the keyboard itself that died within 24hours of arrival.

Lighting studio doesn't work either
